Delivery
We use Royal Mail for all parcels under 2 KG in weight. Above that weight, we use APC couriers. Orders are typically processed the following day, if received by 3pm. Orders over £35 are delivered for free. Orders under £35 in total value incur a £3.95 delivery charge. Please note that we are not able to deliver any order over 2kg to a PO Box address as our courier does not deliver to them.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your order and would like to exchange it for another, or request a refund, please email us at shop@thecoconutcompany within 14 days of receiving your parcel, letting us know the reason. Because this is a food item, to qualify for an exchange or refund it is important that all the seals be intact, the products unopened and in their original packaging. Return postage will be at buyers expense, unless there is a fault with your item(s).
Damaged goods
If the contents of your parcel are damaged upon arrival and you wish to receive an exchange or refund, please let us know as soon as possible – no later than 48 hours after you received them. Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as quickly as possible after placing it, at shop@thecoconutcompany.co providing us with your name, address, order reference number and the reason why you wish to cancel your order. Once your item has been dispatched we will no longer be able to accept order cancellations and your order will need to be returned.
