Coconut Milk Shake with Strawberries & Coconut Nectar

Our dairy-free coconut milk powder makes a great dairy-free smoothie when whisked up with fruit.  Add a squeeze of coconut nectar to add additional sweetness and top with chopped nuts for extra protein.  A great breakfast or add a protein powder for a nutritious meal on the go:

Serves 2 

Ingredients 

45g of dairy-free coconut milk powder 

2 ripe bananas 

25g of coconut nectar 

4 strawberries 

200ml water

Chopped mixed nuts (optional) 

  • Add 45g (approx. 3 tablespoons) of vegan coconut milk powder into a blender.   

  • Add in 200g of water and blend until the powder has dissolved.  

  • Add 2 ripe bananas, 4 strawberries and a squeeze of Coconut Nectar.  Blend well. 

  • Serve into glasses with chopped mixed nuts on top.  

  • Enjoy! 

Coconut milk powder is a great alternative to liquid coconut milk and has a much longer shelf life. Use as much or as little as you need, then re-seal. By removing the water in the coconut milk, it creates a shelf stable product that can be kept for many months.
