Our dairy and gluten-free premium coconut milk powder is GMO-free and produced from freshly-squeezed coconut milk. It contains approximately 25% coconut oil content and retains much of the nutritional content of the raw coconut. It has a natural, sweet coconutty aroma and taste. Use our vegan coconut milk powder as a convenient alternative to canned coconut milk. Add to curries, desserts, cakes, sauces, smoothies, yogurts or hot drinks.

Ingredients: freshly squeezed coconut milk and maltodextrin from tapioca only from non-GMO sources.

How to use Coconut Milk Powder?

1 tablespoon (about 15g) whisked with a cup of water (250ml) makes a cup of coconut milk.  Two tablespoons mixed with a cup of water makes a thicker coconut cream.

However, it really depends upon the thickness of cream/milk you are trying to achieve.  

When using in drinks, its best to make the powder into a paste or liquid first. Then add the hot drink on top for instant dairy-free creaminess.
